Divine Lingua Hub was founded by Isha Goel, with Mridul Goel as a partner. We teach languages such as German, Japanese, French and English, prepare students for IELTS and PTE, run personality development courses and give study abroad guidance, both online and at our centre.
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it and how we protect it. "We", "us" and "our" mean Divine Lingua Hub. By using this website or sharing your details with us, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Enquiries and demo bookings: your name, phone number, email, the course or country you are interested in, and your message.

- Admission: details needed to enrol you, such as name, date of birth, address, phone, email, photograph, ID proof, educational background and parent or guardian details where needed.
- During your course: attendance, assignments, level tests, mock test scores, feedback and certificates.
- Study abroad guidance: documents you give us for applications, such as passport, academic records, test scores, CV, statement of purpose, recommendation letters and, where a visa needs it, financial documents.

3. How we use your information
- To reply to enquiries and arrange demo classes and counselling.
- To enrol you, run your classes, track progress and issue certificates.
- To prepare and submit study abroad, Ausbildung or job applications that you ask us to handle.
- To send class schedules, fee reminders and important updates.
- To tell you about new batches, courses and offers. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To understand how visitors use our website and how well our advertising works.
- To keep records required by law and to prevent fraud or misuse.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Study abroad applications and exams
When you ask us to help with admission, visa, Ausbildung or job applications, we share your documents only with the organisations involved: universities and colleges, embassies and visa centres, employers, and our study abroad partner organisations who help process applications. When we book an international exam for you (for example IELTS or PTE), your details go to the exam body. Each of these organisations follows its own privacy policy.
5. Online classes and recordings
Some classes are held live online. Sessions may be recorded so students can revise later. Recordings may show the names, voices or video of participants who switch on their microphone or camera, and are shared only with students of that batch and our trainers. Speaking practice may also be recorded for feedback.
6. Cookies and tracking
- Google Tag Manager loads our measurement tools.
- Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when someone who clicked our ad submits a form, taps our phone number or opens WhatsApp, so we can see which ads work. Google may use cookies for this; see how Google uses this information.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation in your Google ad settings.
7. Sharing your information
- Organisations involved in your application or exam, as described in section 4.
- Service providers who help us run our work, such as website hosting (Hostinger), Google (Tag Manager and Ads), online class and recording platforms, and WhatsApp and email.
- Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.
8. Students under 18
For students under 18, we collect personal information only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and only what is needed for their classes. A parent or guardian can ask to see, correct or delete their child's information. We do not use children's information for targeted advertising.
9. How long we keep your information
- Enquiries from people who do not enrol: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Student records and certificates: up to 5 years after your course ends.
- Study abroad documents: until your application process is complete, and then up to 2 years in case you need them again. You can ask for earlier deletion.
- Fee and tax records: as long as Indian law requires.
10. How we protect your information
Our website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Only staff who need your information can access it, and passports and other documents are shared only for the application you asked for. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data, and we will inform you and the relevant authorities, as the law requires, if a data breach affects you.
11. Your rights
Under Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it (unless we must keep it by law) or withdraw your consent, and you can raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer.
