1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.divinelinguahub.in or join a course or service at Divine Lingua Hub, LG/1, 209, New Gandhi Nagar, Ghaziabad. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

2. Courses and classes

• Course details, fees, schedules and batch timings on the website are for general information and may change. The details confirmed at your admission apply to you.
• We may change trainers, class timings or the mode of a class (online or at the centre) when needed, and we will inform you in advance where possible.
• Missed classes are not automatically repeated. Where recordings or extra sessions are available, we will tell you.
• Divine Lingua Hub certificates are issued for our own courses. International exams such as IELTS, PTE, Goethe or JLPT are conducted by their own official bodies, and their results are decided only by them.

3. Study abroad guidance

We guide and help with applications for study, Ausbildung and work abroad. Final decisions on admission, visas and jobs are made by universities, embassies and employers, so we cannot guarantee any result. You are responsible for giving correct and complete documents and information. Submitting false documents will end our services without refund.

4. Fees and payments

Fees must be paid as agreed at admission, in full or in instalments. If instalments are not paid on time, we may pause access to classes or services until they are paid. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

5. Student conduct

• Please treat trainers, staff and other students with respect, online and at the centre.
• Do not record, share or sell class sessions, recordings or study materials without our permission. They are for your personal learning only.
• We may remove a student from a batch, without refund, for serious misconduct, harassment or misuse of materials.

6. Website content

The text, images, logos and materials on this website belong to Divine Lingua Hub or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for business purposes without our written permission. Links to other websites are given for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

7. Limitation of liability

We work hard to give you good teaching and accurate guidance. We are not responsible for decisions made by universities, embassies, employers or exam bodies, for losses caused by events outside our control, or for any indirect loss. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the course or service concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
