Divine Lingua Hub1. Language, IELTS/PTE and other courses
These rules apply to every course at Divine Lingua Hub, online or at our centre, including German, Japanese, French and English classes, IELTS and PTE preparation and personality development.

The 7 days are counted from your first class. Course completion is counted by the classes or hours held for your batch, whether or not you attended them.
2. Study abroad guidance
- Fees paid to other organisations are never refundable through us. This includes university application fees, visa fees, IELTS/PTE exam booking fees, courier, translation and document attestation charges. This money is paid to other organisations, and their own rules apply.
- Our guidance fee is fully refundable if you cancel before we start work on your file. Once we have started preparing or submitting your applications, it is not refundable.
- No result is guaranteed. Admission, visa and job decisions are made by universities, embassies and employers, not by us. A rejection by any of them is not a reason for a refund.
- If you give incorrect or incomplete documents or information, or miss deadlines we have told you about, no refund applies.
3. Fees, discounts and instalments
- We may offer discounts for paying the full fee at once, and instalment plans. These are written on your admission receipt.
- Any refund is calculated on the amount you have actually paid, after any discount.
- If you pay in instalments and cancel when no refund applies, instalments already paid are not refunded, and instalments due for the period you studied must be paid.
4. How to cancel and ask for a refund
- Send your request in writing by email to info@divinelinguahub.in or on WhatsApp at +91 7827444531, or hand it in at our centre.
- Include your name, phone number, course or service, batch and fee receipt number.
- The date we receive your request is the date used to decide your refund.
- Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 15 working days.
5. If we cancel or change a course
If we cancel a course or batch before it starts, you will get a full refund, or you can move to another batch or course at no extra cost.
This policy may be updated from time to time. The version on this page on the date of your admission applies to you.
